As a result of their untarnished reputation, extensive networking and commercial expansion of their business this valuation firm has continued to see an increase in their work. As a result they are wanting to add an experienced valuer to their team to support the growth of their business.
Reporting to the director this role will see you taking on a portfolio of retail and commercial valuations with the opportunity to expand and grow the retail valuations side of the business. In this role you will be required to liaise with a range of clients and complete valuations for everything from insurance valuation through to mortgage security and for transactional purposes.
To be successful for this role you must hold a OLD registration, as well as excellent computer knowledge, effective time management skills, strong attention to detail and good verbal and written communication skills as you will be required to liaise with a variety of clientele and produce valuation reports to an incredibly high standard. It is essential that you have strong valuations experience, particularly within an area such as Commercial, industrial or retail.
