This longstanding and reputable property company who offer services such as property management, valuations, acquisitions and sales are looking for a junior residential Valuer to join their residential valuations team.
In this role you will be provided with mentoring and training opportunities from senior staff members in regards to the residential valuation market. You will be required to complete high volume residential valuations varying from mortgage valuations to family law. You will be provided with a portfolio or properties to value from low end through to prestigious properties where you will have the chance to shadow a senior Valuer in the completion of these.
To be successful in this role you will be a certified practicing Valuer and have two years of experience post registration. You must be well presented and have excellent time management skills as well as being personable and work well in a team. You must be clean from any claims against you, both pending and historically to be considered for this role.
