Our client remains one of the best performing property teams in the Brisbane market.  Boasting an longstanding blue-chip client base and enjoying a healthy pipeline of work, our client is keen to secure an experienced mid- or top tier trained Senior Associat e to join the team.
  
As a key member of this leading property and development team, you will advise major institutional property investors and developers on all facets of commercial, retail, industrial and residential property including due diligences, acquisitions, disposals, development and leasing. 
 
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years post qualification, ideally in the environment team of a leading Australian firm or similar experience;
  • Outstanding technical legal skills;
  • Highly developed written and spoken communication skills;
  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • Excellent drafting, analytical and file management skills; 
  • The ability to guide and mentor junior lawyers; and
  • A strong academic record with a Distinction average.
