Fico Functional Consultant in Human Resources & Recruitment Jobs

This growing organisation is currently sourcing a SAP FICO Functional Systems Support Analyst to work within a fantastic environment analysing, diagnosing, implementing and coordinating operational system fixes, systems enhancements, interfaces and upgrades.

Resp onsibilities include;

• Document and articulate customers needs in a structured form suitable for communicating to business representatives and users as well as application and technical specialists.
• Facilitate the planning and deployment of functionality changes, enhancements, extensions, system interfaces and associated processes through measured analysis of business needs.
• Diagnose system incidents and track through the resolution using the service management system.
• Facilitate access to Business Systems and provide guidance and direction on the maintenance and management of security roles and authorisations to maintain system integrity.
• Proactively perform problem management activities and coordinate internal and external stakeholders in performing root-cause analysis activities to ensure systems perform according to business requirements.

Candidates must have knowledge and experience in working with the SAP FICO Module.
