The MISSION:-
You now have the opportunity to work in one of the most commercially savvy organisations in Brisbane. With a Brand and reputation to be proud of coupled not forgetting a project worth “Billions”, I am now on the hunt for a highly engaging, thought provoking HR Business Partner to work with reputable Stakeholders of which are Snr Management. This role will be on the front line in terms of servicing the Managers in a heavily hands on HR role offering world class HR advice in Coaching/Employee Relations/Performance Management/Recruitment ensuring that you are truly instrumental in driving forward all HR related strategies.

  • You will be a pivotal part in leading, guiding and delivering world class HR processes in all areas including Performance Management, Staff Engagement, Execution of High Volume & Complex Recruitment Campaigns through to day to day advising
  • Educating your Managers to ensure that the key assets are managed - key assets being the people
  • Being a true thought provoker in HR and offering a global world class HR support to this top shelf project

The PERSON:-
Essential non compromise criteria for this role includes:-

  • Experience in Construction/Engineering or ideally Resources is essential with a compelling story to tell in the world the Blue Collar work force
  • You will be able to demonstrate truly world class HR Advisor support to Stakeholders showing key metrics of success
  • You will be a thought provoker with a fresh, commercially savvy approach
  • Natural desire to jump on board and embrace one of Queenslands fastest growing Client Groups – Could you handle the pace?
