This is a true business partner role based in either Townsville or Cairns, that will see you joining the business during an exciting period of cha nge. Reporting to the Northern HR Leader and working closely with the Chief Executive of North Queensland, this is a challenging role where you will be responsible for executing key HR initiatives that facilitate a high performance culture during a period of significant change. You will take responsibility for the local delivery of Group HR programs, get involved in advising, coaching and influencing managers on a variety of issues including talent and performance management, along with a wide scope of other HR tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will come from a professional services background, preferably in the accounting or legal sectors; have proven experience in change management in a HR capacity as well as proven experience working with senior stakeholders and being able to quickly gain their confidence and trust. You will have a professional approach along with the drive and resilience needed to be effective in a changing and growing organisation.

Tertiary qualifications in HR and previous HR business partner experience is essential.
