Reporting to the Northern HR Leader and working closely with the Chief Executive of North Queensland, this is a challenging role where you will be responsible for executing key HR initiatives that facilitate a high performance culture during a period of significant change. You will take responsibility for the local delivery of Group HR programs, get involved in advising, coaching and influencing managers on a variety of issues including talent and performance management, along with a wide scope of other HR tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will come from a professional services background, preferably in the accounting or legal sectors; have proven experience in change management in a HR capacity as well as proven experience working with senior stakeholders and being able to quickly gain their confidence and trust. You will have a professional approach along with the drive and resilience needed to be effective in a changing and growing organisation.
Tertiary qualifications in HR and previous HR business partner experience is essential.
