As the Internal Systems Auditor – EMS you will assist in the coordination, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of various internal audit and environmental management system functions.

Qualifications required are: 

  • Degree in Applied Science, Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering with relevant experience in fields related to environmental management or a combination of a tertiary qualification and extensive experience which enables the incumbent to perform all the duties of the position.
  • Auditor qualification with eligibility for membership to auditor status of the RABQSA international is essential.
  • Possession of a current “C” Class Driver’s Licence.

Salary:  Level 5 - $62,627.77 - $65,289.81 gross per annum under the Queensland Local Government Officers’ Award - 1998 plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.4% superannuation.
