    Reporting to Business Improvements Coordinator you will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance and required improvements to allocated work areas, providing ongoing support to our business improvements program. Based at our Bulimba site, you will become an essential part of our team, supporting the Defence Integrated Distribution System.

    Primary responsibilities will see you:

    • Carrying out general maintenance and improvement works
    • Prioritising and executing required activities in a timely and cost effective manner
    • Complying with safety, health and environment policies and procedures

    As the ideal applicant, you will be a motivated self-starter and also possess:

    • The ability to follow directions and work autonomously
    • A demonstrated mechanical aptitude
    • Keen  attention to detail and a strong work ethic
    • The ability to organise and prioritise work effectively

    Previous experience as a Painter is desirable, but not essential.
