Our Client is a leader in the Telecommunication industry providing communication solutions to small and medium sized businesses across the board
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a brand new national contact centre where company culture is their focus. We are currently seeking several Outbound Appointment Setters to join their contact centre team on a part time basis.
This role will require you to perform outbound telemarketing calls and set qualified appointments for selected clients, there is no selling in this role. Your core responsibility will be to ensure clients have a clear understanding of what it is that is expected of them in relation to their appointment whilst also providing excellent customer service.,
To be successful in this role you will have clear and professional communication skills. You will be mature minded and possess a friendly and confident demeanour. Your strong customer service skills and drive will set you apart from your competition. Your positive "can do" attitude and willingness to learn will see you successful for this position.
This is a part time position with a good base salary and commission incentives. You will be required to work 5 hour shifts 5 days per week. Shifts will be during the day between 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday only.
