Service Manager in Automotive Jobs

Tigerlilly Recruitment Specialises in recruiting for the Earth Moving, Mining Equpment, Civil and Construction Industries.

My Client requires an experienced
SERVICE   Manager to sustain and develop their business whilst providing the best possible service to customers .

Location - Perth

Reporting to the Branch Manager you will be responsible for the organisation, direction and control of Mechanical Service Department and the Staff to ensure optimum use of all material and personnel resources.

Specifically you will be expected to generate and continually strive to increase quality service and repair of equipment and ensure that the workshop runs in accordance to company policy.

The person:

• You must have great communication skills and people skills, a track record  in managing a small to medium sized workshop in the Construction Equipment , Heavy Plant Equipment industry .
• A strong commitment to customer service is required, at least 2- 4 year experience in a similar role is would be desirable or definate leading hand experience running 6-10 mechanics .
• Knowledge of Plant Equipment, Earth Moving Equipment would be desirable.
• Commitment to Safety
• TRADE QUALIFIED , Diesel Fitter , Diesl Mechanic  with sound knowldge of electrical and hydraulics  
• Have a current drivers licence
• Be willing to assist on tools if required.
